General Manager and Floor Manager   

General Manager needed for a new restaurant opening in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. This will be a mid-scale American restaurant in the village of Clarendon Hills. Seating capacity will be @180 seats with the addition of private party rooms of up to @70 seats. Cuisine will be based on modern elements of American Regional dishes.
